  1. Do we (as a couple) have to pay to participate in Our Green Wedding List?
    No.
  2. When we set up our list, can we go back into it to add or delete items?
    Yes – but you cant delete items once they have been bought.
  3. What information do we need to give our Guests?
    When you send out your wedding invitations you need to tell your guests to go to www.ourgreenweddinglist.com and to follow the guests link. They will need to enter your first names (as you entered them onto the site) and the date of your wedding in order to purchase a gift for you.
  4. How do we know who has given us a present?
    The names of all guests who buy presents for you will be listed on the site along with a message from them, so you will be able to see who has bought you a present.
  5. When will we receive our gifts?
    We ask our suppliers to send you the gifts directly. This means the goods don’t have to travel twice (to us and then to you). Gifts will be sent to you between 3-6 weeks after your wedding. Please make sure that you have given us a convenient delivery address (many goods will need to be signed for).
  6. What happens if an item is out of stock?
    We try to make sure that all items are in stock or can be ordered in. If, for some reason an item cannot be delivered to you, we will contact you and offer you a voucher to the same value.
