About the organisations that we work with
Wedding List Giving works with a range of suppliers, all of whom provide us with information about the ethical, green or fair trade nature of their enterprise. Wedding List Giving cannot be held accountable for any statement made by a producer about themselves or their goods. We check that all products are of a good quality standard but as our producers dispatch their goods directly, we cannot be accountable for any problems with goods and any difficulties will need to be taken up with the supplier directly.
Unauthorised card use
When a payment is made the transaction is final and not disputable unless unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with their standard reporting rules.

Delivery Policy
We provide our service to couples living in the UK only and do not send gifts overseas. We will all gifts to the couple after their wedding and strive to send them within one month of the wedding. We will contact you by telephone and or email in order to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Refunds, replacements, cancellations
We only refund where an item is found to be broken or faulty and where a replacement cannot be offered. Should any items be broken or faulty on arrival, please return them to us and we will replace them for you.
If your wedding is cancelled, we cannot refund any purchases that are made prior to cancellation, but will immediately freeze your list.
If an item is out of stock, we will offer you the opportunity to choose an alternative product from our range to a like value.
